The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Charpokhari P.S.No.67 of 2018 registered under Sections 366A read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Considering the active participation of the petitioner in forcible abduction of the victim, who has fully supported about the participation of the petitioner in the offence alleged in her statement recorded under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, as contained in Annexure-2 to the present application,
