2. The present application has been filed for seeking following reliefs:

I. To command and direct Respondent No. 6 (the SHO-cum-Officer Incharge, Khusrupur Police Station) to ensure that the Petitioner and his family are not dispossessed from their property as detailed in the Schedule above and to provide adequate protection against any coercive or intimidating actions from Respondent 2nd set, allegedly in collusion with the police officials.

To direct Respondent No. 6 and the superior police officials (Respondents 3 to 5) to take immediate steps to prevent the Respondent 2nd set from unlawfully interfering with the Petitioner's possession, construction activities, or any lawful transaction concerning the disputed land.

III. To issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, directing the Respondents 1st set to investigate the alleged collusion between the police officers at the local police station and Respondent 2nd set, as well as the illegal actions committed by Respondent 2nd set against the Petitioner.

IV. To direct the Respondent No. 6 to ensure the maintenance of law and order in the Petitioner's locality and prevent Respondent 2nd set from encroaching upon or forcibly dispossessing the Petitioner's lawful possession of the disputed land. V. To grant any other relief(s) that this Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper in the interests of justice.

3. This application is disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner to approach the S.S.P., Patna, by filing a representation. If such a representation is filed, the S.S.P., Patna will consider the same and if he finds substance in the representation of the petitioner, he will pass an order in accordance with law.
