1. Heard learned counsel for the parties.
2. The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in connection with Govindpur P.S Case no.63 of 2022 registered under section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per the prosecution case, the informant states that while he along with his father and brother were returning from his shop on a motorcycle, four accused persons on two motorcycles on the point of pistol looted them of Rs. 45,000/- in cash besides other articles as mentioned in the F.I.R.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the F.I.R was registered against four unknown. Referring to the order of the learned trial Court, it is submitted that the name of the petitioner transpired in the confessional statement of co-
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.83137 of 2023(2) dt.10-01-2024 2/2 accused Mani Kumar and the said Mani Kumar has been enlarged on bail vide order dated 19.10.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. no.43323 of 2022. The petitioner is in custody since 6.10.2023.
5. The prayer for bail is opposed by learned A.P.P for the State.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the allegations in the FIR, grant of bail to co-accused Mani Kumar on whose confessional statement the name of petitioner transpired and the petitioner having remained in custody since 6.10.2023, the petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail in connection with Govindpur P.S Case no.63 of 2022 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Nawada.
