Petitioner is accused in connection with Gopalpur P.S. Case No. 276 of 2019 (Special Case No. 8327 of 2019) registered under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case due to dirty village politics. In fact, nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. It is also submitted that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 16.09.2019.

Having considered the above facts and circumstances

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.75481 of 2019(2) dt.17-01-2020 2/2 of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Special Judge, Excise Act, Patna in connection with Gopalpur P.S.
