JUSTICE SANDEEP KUMAR ORAL ORDER 27-08-2024 This is an application for quashing of the order dated 23.09.2021 passed by the learned Special Judge, Vigilance, North Bihar, Muzaffarpur in Special Case No. 11 of 2021 arising out of Vigilance P.S. Case No. 13 of 2021 under Section 7(a) of the Prevention of Corruption Act.

2. The learned counsel for the Vigilance; Shri Anil Singh has submitted that the charge was framed on 19.01.2022 and the present application challenging the cognizance order dated 23.09.2021 has been filed in December, 2023.
