BAJANTHRI) Date : 09-02-2024 The present MJC is filed for non-compliance of the order dated 17.08.2023 passed in CWJC No. 3354 of 2023.

2. The respondents have filed show-cause with affidavit while enclosing Annexure- A, B and C. Perusal of the pleading and document it is evident that respondent Confiscating Authority is in the process of implementing the orders of this Court dated 17.08.2023. No doubt certain days of delay is forthcoming. Still that doesn't amount to contempt of court.

3. The petitioner is hereby directed to appear on 16.02.2024, before the Confiscating Authority at 03:00 P.M. He is permitted to submit oral as well written submission, if any, in support of his grievance.

4. Thereafter, before 23.02.2024, the Confiscating Authority is hereby directed to pass a detailed speaking order after due consideration of each of the contention to be raised or already raised and proceed to communicate the same to the petitioner at the earliest

5. With the above observations the present MJC No. 3714 of 2023 stands dropped.
