Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State.

Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Special Case No. 34 of 2017 arising out of Barh P.S. Case No. 58 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under sections 376/511 of the Indian Penal Code and section 11 of the POCSO Act.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has not committed any offence and he has been made a victim of false implication due to enmity. The dispute was with regard to common passage and due to that this

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Sessions Judge 1st-cum-Special Judge, POCSO, Patna in connection with Special Case No. 34 of 2017 arising out of Barh P.S. Case No. 58 of 2017.
