2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Sessions Trial No. 692 of 2023 arising out of Motipur P.S. Case No. 937 of 2018 dated 24.10.2018, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498(A), 304(B), 201 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner along with the other co-accused persons are alleged to have committed the murder of the informant's daughter and disappeared her dead body due to non-fulfillment of demand of a motorcycle as dowry.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. He further submits that the petitioner is father-in-law of

He further submits that the petitioner has no concerned with the family affairs of the deceased and her husband and the petitioner was living separately from them. He further submits that the deceased died due to natural death and on information, the family members of the deceased including the informant himself participated in the last light of the victim due to ulterior motive. He also submits that the petitioner is in custody since 24.04.2023 having clean antecedent and the charge sheet has already been submitted in this case. There is no chance of absconding with the petitioner or tampering with the evidences.

5. Learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sessions Judge, Muzaffarpur in connection with Sessions Trial No. 692 of 2023 arising out of Motipur P.S. Case No. 937 of 2018. (Sunil Dutta Mishra, J.) sadique/- U T
