2. Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Saran Cyber P.S. Case No. 72 of 2024, registered for the offence punishable u/s 354D, 499, 503, 509, 34 of the IPC and Section 67, pending in the court of learned ACJM-IV, Saran at Chapra.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application on the ground that the sections, which have been levelled in the FIR, all are bailable in nature.

4. Permission is granted.

5. Accordingly, this application is dismissed as withdrawn.
