Petitioner, who is in custody, seeks bail in connection with Spl. Child Case No. 01 of 2019 arising out of Udwantnagar P.S. Case No. 171 of 2015 registered for the offence punishable under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code. Informant who is the owner of petrol pump has alleged in his FIR that he was informed that loot has been committed on his petrol pump by six unknown miscreants who came on two bikes have looted Rs. 56,000/- after overpowering the staffs on strength of Arms.

It has been submitted on behalf of petitioner that he is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case on the basis of confessional statement made by one Nath Paswan and

Nothing has been recovered from his possession. It has been further submitted that accused on whose confession petitioner has been implicated in this case has been granted regular bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court as contained in Annexure-2. Petitioner is in custody since 30.06.2017.

Petitioner is juvenile and aged 17 years 9 months and is being tried by the children court as adult under the provisions of J.J. Act.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner named above be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned court below, in connection with Spl. Child Case No. 01 of 2019 arising out of Udwantnagar P.S. Case No. 171 of 2015 subject to the conditions that:- One of the bailors of the petitioner shall be his father/mother who at the time of filing of the bonds, shall also give an undertaking that he/she will take good care of the petitioner and in case petitioner does not act as per his/her advice, he/she
