Petitioner, already in custody since 2.4.2018, seeks bail in Shyampur Bhatha PS Case No. 18 of 2018 registered under Section 395 of the IPC.

The allegation in brief is that the informant was robbed by some unknown miscreants and they also taken away his car, cash and other documents.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the FIR is against unknown, he has been implicated merely on the basis of statement of one Rahul Singh and it was disclosed by him that the looted car was purchased by Navin Singh and this petitioner jointly but there is no recovery of the looted vehicle from the possessionof the petitioner rather it was found in abandoned condition near Muzaffarpur Railway Station, the petitioner has no antecedent or robbery or dacoity and only two cases are against him; one of Excise Act and another of Arms Act and in both cases he is on bail. Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely, Ranjeet Singh @ Ranjeet Kumar Singh is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of
