JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 04-12-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code. The name of petitioner came in this case on the basis of confessional statements and it appears from perusal of impugned order that except the aforesaid material and criminal antecedent of one case, there is nothing against the petitioner, who is languishing in jail custody since 04.05.2019 and admittedly, the investigation against him has already been completed.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.74651 of 2019(2) dt.04-12-2019 2/2 named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-VIII, Bhagalpur in connection with Sabour P.S. Case No. 26 of 2019.
