Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Mojahidpur (Babarganj) PS Case No.341 of 2017 registered under Sections 341, 342, 323, 307, 386, 387, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is no allegation that what money was demanded in extortion, there is no injury on the person of the informant and the petitioner has been in custody for last seven months.

Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, petitioner Md. Babar is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.36261 of 2018(2) dt.22-06-2018 2/2 learned 1st Additional Sessions Judge, Bhagalpur in connection with Mojahidpur (Babarganj) PS Case No.341 of 2017, giving rise to Sessions Trial No.249 of 2018.
