The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Siwaipatti P.S. Case No. 119 of 2019 for the offence registered under Sections 279, 204(A), 427 and 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act. The allegation is regarding a motorcycle on which three persons including the petitioner herein were riding, having met with an accident resulting in death of two persons and as far as the petitioner is concerned, he was critically injured. Upon search of the dead body of one of the deceased person, a country made pistol is said to have been recovered. It is further submitted that the petitioner is having a clean antecedent and he is languishing in custody since 11.09.2019. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate-1st Class, Muzaffarpur in connection with Siwaipatti P.S.
