2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Gardanibagh P.S. Case No. 186 of 2023, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363, 365, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per allegation, the petitioners along with other accused persons forcibly took away the husband of the informant and after two days demanded money through her husband. It was alleged that her husband had took money from

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated. They are the persons of clean antecedents. Admittedly, the husband of the informant had took money from the prosecution side. Learned counsel has also submitted that on similar footing co-accused Ajeet Kumar @ Ajit Kumar Sahi has been granted anticipatory bail today itself by a coordinate Bench in Cr. Misc. No. 86165 of 2023.

Considering these facts and circumstances, let the petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Patna in connection with Gardanibagh P.S. Case No. 186 of 2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. (Nawneet Kumar Pandey, J) SONALI/- U T
