The petitioner is in custody since 12.01.2018 in connection with Chakai P.S. Case No. 02 of 2018 for the offence registered under Sections 25(1-B)A/26/35 of the Arms Act. Considering the fact that the alleged recovery was not from the conscious possession of the petitioner but under the bed where the petitioner was sleeping along with another co-accused and that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like
