2. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner made representation before the State Election Authority inviting his attention on the deletion on names of some members from the voters' list without any reason. In pursuance of memo no. 85 dated 23.10.2024 issued by the State Election Authority, the petitioner filed his objection and evidence but still the grievance of the petitioner is not redressed.

3. Learned counsel for the State Election Authority has submitted that the petitioner was required to put forth

Patna High Court CWJC No.17676 of 2024(2) dt.22-11-2024 2/2 objection as well as the evidence before the Returning Officercum-Block Development Officer on 24.10.2024 but the petitioner did not comply within the stipulated time as per memo no. 85 dated 23.10.2024 issued by the State Election Authority.

4. The Returning Officer-cum-Block Development Officer, Sirdala is directed to dispose of the representation of the petitioner on the basis of evidences available on the record as expeditiously as possible.

5. With the aforesaid observations/directions, this writ petition stands disposed of.
