In this case, the petitioner is seeking relief of grant of payment of arrear of salary earned by her husband. She is also claiming for appointment on compassionate ground as her husband has died in harness.

The petitioner has filed a representation with regard to payment of arrear of salary.

Let the authority concerned should consider the case of the petitioner and take a decision with regard to payment of arrear of salary which is lying in the credit of the husband of the petitioner.
