The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Paroo P. S. Case No. 250 of 2016 registered under Section 304-B read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Regard being had to the gravity of the offence in which allegation against the petitioner is that he killed his wife for non-fulfillment of demand of dowry and from the conduct of the petitioner it would transpire that while apprehending arrest, he is also tampering with the investigation by influencing the informant and getting a compromise petition filed, I am not inclined to grant him pre-arrest bail. Accordingly, the application for grant of pre-arrest bail is rejected.
