Petitioner being the husband is apprehending his arrest in connection with Banka (Barahat) P.S.Case No.662 of 2019 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 379, 498(A), 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he is willing and ready to keep his wife with full dignity and honour. It is further submitted that there will be no recurrence of any mental torture and harassment to the Opposite Party No.2 by the petitioner in future.
