2. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the polling booth is going to be fixed contrary to the guidelines of the State Election Authority dated 04.09.2024.

3. The District Magistrate-cum-District Election Officer, Nalanda is directed to adhere with the guidelines dated 04.09.2024 by fixing the polling booth.

4. With the aforesaid directions/observations, this writ petition stands disposed of.
