That this writ application is being filed for issuance of an appropriate writ/ writs, direction/ directions by this Hon'ble Court to the concerned respondents not to make construction of PCC road over the old road without maintaining its level, vis-a-vis the old constructed house, the drainages, the plinth level of old constructed houses situated along side the road, which would raise the height of the road and

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Executive Officer, Nagar Parishad, Daudnagar, District-Aurangabad (Bihar), for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.
