Petitioner is in custody in connection with Navanagar P.S. Case No. 73 of 2018 for the offence under section 30(a), 37(c) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the instant case liquor was seized from the open field (Khalihan). He submits that petitioner is in custody since 17.5.2018 and petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he has remained in custody for nearly one and half months and the fact that liquor was seized from the open field, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two
