2. I have heard the learned Advocate for the petitioners, it appears on perusal of the averments made in Paragraph Nos.3, 4 & 5 of the petition that sufficient cause has been shown by the petitioners, for which delay should be condoned.
3. Accordingly, delay by 19 days in filing the instant restoration of CWJC No.8658 of 2022 is condoned. The application under Section 5 of the Limitation Act is allowed and M.J.C. No.4059 of 2024 stands disposed of.
