JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 27-06-2018 Earlier petitioner was granted anticipatory bail by this Court vide order dated 10.4.2018 passed in Cr.Misc.No.9199 of 2018 with direction to the petitioner to surrender within a period of six weeks.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner could not surrender as he had gone outside Bihar for earning his livelihood.

Heard learned APP also.

Having heard both sides and in the facts and circumstances, I am not inclined to interfere with the earlier order. However, if petitioner surrenders within a period of two weeks from the receipt of this order and pray for regular bail, learned court below shall consider the same keeping in view the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.36312 of 2018 (2) dt.27-06-2018 2/2 fact that petitioner was earlier granted anticipatory bail by this Court.

With the above observation, this application is disposed of.
