Petitioner is in custody in connection with Case No. 181C2/18 for the offence under section 30(a) of the Bihar Excise Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the instant case 79.68 liters of foreign liquor was seized. Learned counsel submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Petitioner is in custody since 6.6.2018.

Considering the fact that petitioner is a lady and she is in jail custody since 6.6.2018 having no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II cum Special Judge, Excise Act, Begusarai, in connection with Case No. 181C2 of 2018.
