JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 18-12-2019 After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition with liberty to the petitioner to surrender before the learned court below and apply for regular bail.

Accordingly, the present petition stands disposed off as withdrawn, however with liberty to the petitioner to surrender before the learned court below and apply for regular bail and in case, the regular bail petition is filed by the petitioner before the learned court below, the learned court below shall dispose off the same, preferably on the same day.
