2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 103(1), 238 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.
3. Prosecution case, in brief, is that on 04.07.2025 at about 5 PM, son of the informant went to the house of F.I.R. named accused persons to demand Rs. 30,000/- which was earlier given to them but son of informant did not return and later on, his dead-body was found in a field. Informant suspects that the F.I.R. named accused persons, including these petitioners, committed murder of her son due to money dispute.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that informant is not an eye witness of the alleged occurrence and only suspicion has been raised against petitioners and others because of money dispute. Similarly situated co-accused Tetri Devi has been granted anticipatory bail by this Court, vide order dated 07.11.2025 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 61130 of 2025. Petitioners claim clean antecedent.
5. Learned A.P.P. opposes the prayer for bail.
6. Considering the backdrop of the case, nature of accusation and clean antecedent, this anticipatory bail is allowed. Let the above named petitioners, in the event of arrest/surrender before the Court concerned within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bailbonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria in connection with Gogari P.S. Case No. 163 of 2025, G.R. No. 1925 of 2025, subject to condition as laid down under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.
