The petitioner is accused in connection with Ara Muffasil P.S. Case No. 232 of 2019, registered under Sections 25(1-b)A/26 of the Arms Act.

The accusation is of recovery of one country made loaded pistol and one live cartridge beneath the bead of the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 21.08.2019.

Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named, is directed to be released

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.73794 of 2019(3) dt.16-03-2020 2/2 on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Ara, Bhojpur, in connection with Ara Muffasil P.S. Case No. 232 of 2019. Out of two sureties, one surety must be the close relative of the petitioner.
