Petitioner is in custody in connection with Kursakanta P.S. Case No. 206 of 2019 for the offence under sections 363, 366A/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Allegation against this petitioner is that he was involved in forcibly kidnapping the minor daughter of the informant. The petitioner was apprehended by the police on 10.8.2019.

The petitioner is in custody since 10.8.2019. Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he has remained in custody for five months, the

Case No. 206 of 2019 subject to the condition that bailors should be female of the locality.
