Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Katihar Town P.S. Case No.470 of 2019 for the for the offence punishable under Sections 341,323,324,307,504/34 of the IPC. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submit that petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case due to land dispute. Further submits that there is case and counter case between the parties. There is no specific allegation against the petitioners and injuries are simple in nature. Petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the

Case No.470 of 2019 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Katihar, subject to the conditions as laid down in section 438(2) of Criminal Procedure Code.
