The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Siswan P.S. Case No.134 of 2019 registered under Sections 395 and 397 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. In course of investigation, one Tej Pratap Gore was apprehended in connection with Siswan P.S. Case No.149 of 2019 registered under Sections 399 and 402 of the Indian Penal Code besides Sections 25(1-b) a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act and he confessed his guilt in that case, showing his involvement in the present case, disclosing the name of the petitioner as his associate.

No.72841 of 2019(3) dt.05-03-2020 2/2 Thereafter, the petitioner was apprehended by the police, showing the recovery of one sliver payal from his possession and was remanded in Siswan P.S. Case No.149 of 2019. Thereafter, the petitioner was remanded in the present case on 26.08.2019 and since then he is in custody. On investigation, the police has already submitted the charge-sheet against the petitioner Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-IV, Siwan, in connection with Siswan P.S.
