2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in case registered for the offences punishable under Section 307 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25(a)/27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the F.I.R., petitioner caused gunshot injury to the brother of the informant.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that both parties were celebrating Tilak ceremony of the son of informant's neighbour and during the celebratory firing, the bullet unfortunately hit the brother of the informant. Doctor has found simple injury. He further submits that due to intervention of the well wishers, a compromise petition duly signed by both parties has already been filed vide Annexure P/3 to the petition.

5. However, learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposes the bail application and submits that there is allegation against the petitioner that he caused gunshot injury to the brother of the informant.
