2. Petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 191 ( 2 ), 190, 191

(3) , 126 ( 2 ), 115 ( 2 ), 74, 109 (1) , 333 , 324 ( 2 ) and 352 of BNS and later on 103 (1) of BNS was added.

3 . As per the prosecution case , informant namely, Rani Kumari alleged that on 27.05.2025 at about 8 AM, this petitioner is alleged to have assaulted on the head of mother of informant. Doctor has found the injury simple in nature . Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

4. Learned counsel for the State opposed the bail petition .

5 . Considering the aforesaid facts, nature of injury ,

No.79363 of 2025(2) dt.19-11-2025 2/2 clean antecedent of the petitioner and other circumstances of the case , in the event of arrest or surrender within eight weeks from today, let the petitioner, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM Nalanda at Biharsharif in connection with Silao P.S. Case No. 157 of 2025 , subject to the conditions laid down under section 482(2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita , 2023 .
