1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned AC to GP-14 for the State.

2. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, at the outset, very fairly submits that the grievance for which the petitioner had moved this Court by filing instant writ application stands rejected by the R.D.D., as such, seeks permission to withdraw the writ application with liberty to file a fresh writ application challenging the order by which his claim for consideration for the post of Headmaster has been rejected.
