The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Palasi P.S. Case No. 183/2019 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341/323/324/354B/ 379/504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the allegation against the petitioners is of having disrobed the informant's wife, Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that the allegation is wholly ornamental and used only to make the charge graver. Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioners above named be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM, VI, Araria, in connection with Palasi P.S. Case No. 183/2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
