Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Chhatouni P.S. Case No. 189 of 2005 registered for the offence punishable under sections 341, 342, 323, 324, 307 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case due to dirty village politics. No independent witness has supported the allegations. Moreover, the injuries sustained have

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of 2nd Additional Sessions Judge, East Champaran, Motihari in connection with Chhatouni P.S. Case No. 189 of 2015.
