The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Lalganj P.S. Case No. 344 of 2018 registered for offence punishable under sections 363, 366A & 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per allegation, the minor daughter of the informant was missing since 18th of September, 2018. The allegation against the petitioner is that he along with other accused persons kidnapped the daughter of the informant for the purpose of marriage.

The statement of the victim under section 164 Cr.PC. has been recorded. That statement was received with the report

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.74443 of 2019(7) dt.05-01-2022 2/2 of the Superintendent of Police, Hajipur, Vaishali. The age of the victim, as per statement under section 164 Cr. PC, is 19 years. She has stated that she has solemnized her marriage with coaccused Pappu Kumar and she is happy in her matrimonial house. She has a son of two years and she is also pregnant of five months at the time of recording of her statement. Considering the above mentioned facts and circumstances, the petitioner above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender, within four weeks from today, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Lalganj P.S. Case No. 344 of 2018, subject to condition as laid down under section 438(2) Cr. P.C. (Nawneet Kumar Pandey , J) Mahesh/- U T
