JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 13-01-2020 Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Begusarai Muffassil P.S. Case No. 483 of 2019 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 414, 120B of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. As per prosecution case petitioner was arrested and there was recovery of liquor from his possession and on his information a truck was seized and from the truck 3461 litres of liquor was recovered.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that in the first case he has been granted bail and he is in custody for four months in this case and charge sheet has been submitted and he is ready to abide by any condition that may be imposed on him.

In view of above facts and circumstances, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, this application is dismissed.
