JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 04-07-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 363/365/366/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The victim girl in her statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C. stated that she has already married with the petitioner. This fact would be evident from the impugned order. Considering the statement of the victim, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with Kalyanpur P.S. Case No.167 of 2017, with following conditions:
