2. Writ petition has been filed for a direction to the respondent no.4 to consider letter bearing memo no. 261 dated 18.9.2023, issued by Block Education Officer, Brampur by which a direction has been prayed for accepting joining of the petitioner submitted on 8.9.2023.

3. At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has already filed a representation dated 8.9.2023 before the concerned respondents but till date the

4. In view of the nature of prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner, let the respondent no.4 examine the claim of the petitioner and dispose of the same by a reasoned and speaking order in accordance with law after hearing the parties, preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. Writ petition stands disposed of with the aforesaid directions.
