1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):-

Patna High Court CWJC No.18268 of 2024(2) dt.03-12-2024 2/2 "1. That this is an application for issuance of an appropriate writ, order or direction for directing Respondents 1st set, particularly the Respondent No.3 to initiate encroachment proceedings against the Respondents 2nd set who have illegally encroached upon the public Rasta of village-Cheraiya, Post-Laxmipur Cheraiya, P.S. & Circle - Amarpur, District - Banka and to further direct them to remove the illegal constructions made over the encroached land."

2. Considering the nature of relief, sought for in the present writ petition, I deem it fit and proper to grant liberty to the petitioner to approach the Circle Officer, Amarpur, DistrictBanka for redressal of his aforesaid grievances.

3. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off.
