JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 06-03-2020 The petitioner who is in custody since 24.03.2019 seeks bail in connection with Sessions Trial No. 285 of 2019, arising out of Barauli P.S. Case No. 95 of 2019 instituted for the offences under Sections 304(B), 201, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is husband of the deceased.

The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that charges in this case have already been framed.

Regard being had to the nature of accusation against the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant bail to him for the present.
