The petitioners seek regular bail in connection with Pipra P.S. Case No. 279 of 2023 instituted for the offences punishable under Sections 399, 402, 413, 414, 420, 468, 469 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-B)a/26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

It is a case of recovery of two knives, one each from both the petitioners as well as one Glamour Motorcycle without registration number.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case. He further

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.81717 of 2023(2) dt.05-01-2024 2/2 submits that nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioners, petitioners have got no criminal antecedent as stated in para-3 of the petition and they are in custody since 12.09.2023.

Learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioners.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and submission of learned counsel for the petitioners, let the petitioners above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, East Champaran at Motihari in connection with Pipra P.S. Case No. 279 of 2023.
