2. The instant application for anticipatory bail have been filed by the petitioners apprehending their arrest in connection with Hathauri P.S. Case No. 55/2023, registered for the offence under Sections 304(B)/201/34 of IPC.

3. The case of the prosecution is the daughter of the informant was married to Jitendra Sahni. Three years before the occurrence after the marriage she was being subjected to cruelty

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.83227 of 2024(2) dt.13-12-2024 2/3 for a demand of bike and Rs. Two lakh. It is further alleged that the daughter of the informant was guilt and was burnt by the petitioners and other.

4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submitted that petitioners are innocent and have committed no offence. They have falsely been implicated in this case. During course of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the husband has surrendered. The petitioners are in-laws of the deceased. It has also been submitted that they were living separate from the deceased and the main thrust of allegation is against husband. Petitioners are having no criminal antecedent.

5. In contra, learned APP appearing for the State has opposed the prayer of bail of the petitioners.

6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and in the facts and circumstances of the case as stated above, this Court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The petitioners are directed to surrender in the Court below within a period of four weeks from today and in the event of his arrest or surrender in connection with Hathauri P.S. Case No. 55/2023, they will be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) on each of them with two
