The petitioners seek bail in connection with Phulparas P.S. Case No. 366 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 54, 352, 103(1), 115(2) and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.

The deceased was killed by one Rajiv Sah.

The petitioner is said to have assaulted one Amit Kumar Yadav. 4.

The petitioner is in custody since 01.05.2025. Similarly situated co-accused namely, Hari Narayan Sah @ Hari Sah and Raj Kumar Sah have been granted bail vide orders dated 09.10.2025 and 19.11.2025 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous Nos.70127 of 2025 and 78141 of 2025 respectively.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned District & Sessions Judge-II, Jhanjharpur (Madhubani) / concerned Court, in connection with Phulparas P.S.
