The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Begusarai Muffasil P.S. Case No. 349 of 2019 registered for the offense punishable under Sections 414/468/471/477 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a)/41 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that only because the petitioner's motorcycle was lying beside the truck which was seized with some illicit liquor, the petitioner is facing prosecution. It is further submitted that he has nothing to do with the truck and the alleged recoveries and, therefore, he may be extended the privilege of anticipatory bail. No.72510 of 2019(2) dt.27-11-2019 2/2 circumstances and that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional District and Sessions Judge II Cum Special Judge, Excise Act, Begusarai, in connection with Begusarai Muffasil P.S. Case No. 349 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
