The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Sessions Trial No.2350 of 2016 arising out of Complaint Case No.21 of 2016 pending in the Court of Shri P.K.Mahatha, Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Madhubani registered for an offence under Sections 406 and 420 of the IPC and Section 138 of the NI Act. The petitioner's anticipatory bail prayer has already been rejected by this Court as per order dated 22.08.2017 passed in Cr.Misc.No.39513 of 2017. The petitioner has renewed his prayer for anticipatory bail on the ground that the son of the petitioner has settled the dispute and his prayer of anticipatory bail has been

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.39425 of 2018 (2) dt.01-08-2018 2/2 allowed by one of the coordinate Bench of this Court in Cr.Misc.No.9034 of 2018.

For the reasons in my earlier order passed in Cr.Misc.No.39513 of 2017, I am not inclined to reconsider his prayer. Prayer for anticipatory bail of this petitioner is again rejected.
