Petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 30(d) and 32(2) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that petitioners have been falsely implicated in this case. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of these petitioners. Petitioners have no concern with the seized article. Petitioners are in custody since 10.10.2019.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.72803 of 2019(2) dt.19-11-2019 2/2 and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Special Judge, Excise, Gaya in connection with Magadh University (M.U.) P.S. Case No. 107 of 2019.
