Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 302, 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. Although petitioner is named in the first information report, there is no overt act alleged against him. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Petitioner is in custody since 21.06.2019.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let
